At DeluxeDiecast.com, our refund and return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges beyond this period.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and include the original packaging. We specialize in diecast models and diorama accessories, so please ensure your product meets these requirements before initiating a return. Please note that a video proof of unboxing the package is required to process any refund or exchange requests.
Non-Returnable Items:
1. Gift cards 2. Downloadable products 3. Custom or limited-edition items may have specific return restrictions (contact us for more details)
To Complete Your Return:
You’ll need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Additionally, a video recording of the unboxing is required to verify the condition of the product upon arrival. Please do not send your return directly to the manufacturer. Instead, email us at admin@deluxediecast.com for return instructions.
Partial Refunds
In some cases, only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):
1. Any item not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons outside our control. 2. Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, along with the required video proof, we will notify you via email regarding your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after approval, please:
1. Re-check your bank account. 2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for your refund to post. 3. If necessary, reach out to your bank for more information.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same item, email us at admin@deluxediecast.com and send your product to the address provided in our return instructions.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit upon return. Otherwise, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns
To return your product, please mail it to the address provided after contacting admin@deluxediecast.com.
Shipping costs for returns are your responsibility and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
